Farm-Based Group For Adults
Join us for this immersive twelve week program based at our Regenerative working farm just outside of Boulder. Take in the healing rhythms of the farm and nature in this hands-on program that incorporates mindfulness, horticultural therapy, and working with animals to restore the nervous system and cultivate a calm and grounded experience.
Participants will have opportunities to work in the medicinal herb and vegetable gardens, to play with the pigs, to learn about the sacred role of the dairy cows, and connect with the calm and magnificent draft horses on the farm.
Dates: June 6th thru September 5th, 2024
Weekly Group Sessions: Thursday Nights 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
Fee: Drop in for a weekly session $35-$75 per session (sliding scale).
Or Pay in full for 12 week program $900.
